In the podcast "Reject and Resubmit: The Assist.Prof Podcast" (formerly Desk Reject: der PhD-Cast"), Alexander, Philipp, and Marco share their experiences as Assistant Professors in Business, Economics and Information Systems at different universities across Europe. The goal is not necessarily to inform, but to offer a candid lens into the joys and struggles of three junior scholars trying to find their way in the jungle of academia.
